Why we
/ built Fiz.
A lot of people now train across strength, conditioning and running in the same week, often with friends at different gyms or on different schedules. Keeping track of that usually meant a notes app for the sessions, screenshots of the whiteboard and a group chat to compare scores.
Fiz started as one place for all of it: log any workout properly, see where you placed, and train the same plan as the people you train with. It has grown to include the coaches who write that programming and the events everyone trains for, because they are part of the same week.

Athletes
Log any workout, track your records, follow a program, take on friends in a throwdown and enter events with live results. The core of the app is free.

How we
/ run Fiz.
The core is free.
Logging, leaderboards, throwdowns, groups, challenges and patches cost nothing. Fiz Pro adds AI programs and creator tools, and Fiz for Business is the paid plan for coaches and organisers.
You decide who sees your training.
Your account can be public or private, and you choose whether you appear on leaderboards at all.
Coaches and organisers keep their customers.
When an athlete buys a program or an event entry, the money goes into the seller's own Stripe account and they are the merchant of record. Fiz never holds it.
Who builds Fiz
Fiz was founded in London in 2026 by Elliot Wanless, an engineer who trains functional fitness and hybrid. It is a small, independent team.
