Do I need to be fit already to use Fiz?
No. Fiz is built for every level. Every workout can be scaled by swapping movements, lowering the loads or shortening the time, and it still counts. The Foundations program is a free 4-week bodyweight start for your first weeks, and you choose whether you appear on leaderboards at all.
How does AI workout creation work?
Describe what you want, for example "a 20-minute AMRAP with kettlebells and pull-ups", and Fiz writes a fully structured workout with movements, rep schemes and a time cap. You can fine-tune it in the editor before you train or publish it. Free accounts get 3 Smart Workouts a week.
What's the difference between a group and a community?
A group is a small private squad of people you follow who follow you back, and it stays invisible to everyone else. Groups are free. A community is a bigger, named place with its own feed, announcements, a pinned workout and members-only leaderboards. Joining a community is free, and creating one needs Fiz Pro or Fiz for Business.
