Open Payments

In your dashboard, open Payments and choose Connect Stripe.

Sign in to Stripe or create an account

Stripe asks for your business and bank details and verifies you. If you already have a Stripe account, you can use it.

Wait for Stripe to check you

While Stripe reviews your details, Payments shows Under review at Stripe. This is usually quick. When it is done you will see You're ready to sell.

Start selling

Put a price on a program or turn on paid entry for an event. Money lands in your Stripe balance when someone pays and is paid out on your own Stripe schedule.

Common questions

Who is the merchant of record?
You are. Your customers buy from you, and refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe account.
What are the fees?
Program sales: 3.5% to Fiz plus Stripe processing, deducted automatically. Event entries: the athlete pays a booking fee on top, so your entry price reaches you in full.
What if I leave Fiz?
Your Stripe account and its subscriptions are yours. You keep your customers.
