Sled Grind
Peak sled week. Twelve rounds of push-and-pull — double the volume you opened with in week 1. This is a grind, not a sprint: settle into a rhythm you can repeat twelve times and protect your grip on the pulls. The sled is the great equaliser on race day; earn it here.

How to approach Sled Grind
Sled Grind loads the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves hardest. Upper back, core and shoulders take a share of the work too. Go out slower than feels natural: the opening effort is the one you can most afford to give away, and the positions you protect early are what you'll still have at the end.
Sled Grind is scored on total time: the clock stops when the last rep is done, and a faster time ranks higher. A 40 mins cap applies, so anything unfinished at the buzzer is where your score lands.
