Fiz is a free social fitness app for hybrid and functional training. Setting it up takes about two minutes, and there is no password to remember.

01

Download the app

Fiz is free on the App Store and on Google Play. Search for Fiz, or use the links on this page from your phone.

02

Sign in with Apple or Google

Fiz uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google, so there is no password to create or forget. Use the same account every time you sign in, including on partner.joinfiz.com if you coach or run events later.

03

Set up your profile

Pick a display name and a username, add your date of birth (Fiz is for people aged 18 and over) and choose the division you compete in. You can make your account private here too, so only people you approve can see your training.

Units: Fiz picks kilograms or pounds from your phone's region. You can change it any time in Edit Profile.

04

Follow a few people

Fiz suggests athletes to follow, and you can search for friends by name. Following people fills your feed and puts familiar names on the leaderboards. Follow three to continue, or skip and come back to it.

05

Build your first session

Describe a workout in a sentence, like "20 minutes, one kettlebell, in my garden", and Fiz writes it out in full with movements, reps and scoring. Or skip it and browse the workout library.

Yes. Logging, leaderboards, throwdowns, groups, challenges, entering events and claiming patches are free. Fiz Pro adds AI programs, Smart Adjust and communities of your own.
Can I sign up with an email and password?
No. Fiz uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google only, which keeps your account secure without another password.
Does Fiz work with my watch?
Fiz connects to Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, so heart rate, calories and other data from your watch can be added to the workouts you log.
