The Fiz app

A score turns a session into something you can track, compare and beat. Every workout on Fiz is scored a set way, for time, for rounds and reps, for load or for distance, and your score ranks on that workout's leaderboard.

01

Find a workout

Pick a benchmark like Fran from the workout library, open a session someone posted in your feed, or create your own. Tap the workout to open it.

02

Start a log

From the workout, start logging. Workouts with a clock, like for time, AMRAP and EMOM, can run a live timer, and your time carries into the log when you finish.

03

Enter your result

Fill in the score the way the workout asks for it: a time, rounds and reps, a load or a distance. If the workout has more than one part, each part takes its own score. You can log every set too, and your PRs and movement history build from it.

Optional: add a note, a photo or a video link, and pull in heart rate and calories from Apple Health or Health Connect after you save.

04

Save and see where you rank

Save it. The score goes into your training history, shows in your followers' feeds and takes its place on the workout's leaderboard. Beat it next time and your best is the one that ranks.

Common questions

Can I log a workout I did without the app?
Yes. Open the workout and log your result afterwards. You do not need to run the timer in Fiz.
What if I scaled the workout?
Log what you did and say so in your note, so your score is read in context.
Can I hide my scores from leaderboards?
Yes. You choose whether you appear on leaderboards, and a private account keeps your training to people you approve.
