Skill Primer
The last easy day before the capstone. Three light rounds of six pull-ups and thirty double-unders — smooth, unbroken, and well short of failure. Prime the rhythm and the grip you'll want tomorrow, then stop. You've done the work; let it surface. The score is your time.

How to approach Skill Primer
Skill Primer loads the lats, biceps, cardiovascular system and calves hardest. Forearms, core and upper back take a share of the work too. Go out slower than feels natural: the opening effort is the one you can most afford to give away, and the positions you protect early are what you'll still have at the end.
Skill Primer is scored on total time: the clock stops when the last rep is done, and a faster time ranks higher. A 10 mins cap applies, so anything unfinished at the buzzer is where your score lands.
